Meet Chef and Owner, Susan Levy

Susan Levy, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, owns and is the head chef for her catering business, David James. Catering events from high-end occasions to intimate gatherings, no occasion is too big or too small. Prior to the inception of her catering company, Susan served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 27 years, where she held many positions—one of which led her to become the chef for the secretary of Homeland Security.
